As a mom of 3, I know how important it is to find a balanced lifestyle to feel our best. I quickly fell in love with moving mindfully through pilates & barre once experiencing all the benefits it has to offer. With a focus on strengthening the core & pelvic floor, improving posture, and bringing the body into alignment, you will quickly notice an increase in strength & a calm mind. I believe it is truly for everybody!

After teaching in-person classes for over a decade, my online studio was created to be able to conveniently deliver classes to you from the comfort of your home. With a gentle approach to movement, you can take guided classes with me at anytime, anywhere! I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
