As a mom of 3, I know how important it is to find a balanced lifestyle to feel our best. I quickly fell in love with pilates & barre after experiencing all the benefits it has to offer. With a focus on strengthening the core & pelvic floor, improving posture, and bringing the body into alignment, you quickly notice an increase in strength, more energy & a body that just overall moves and feels better. I believe it is truly for everybody!

After teaching in-person classes for over a decade, my online studio was created to be able to share my workouts for you to do at home. With a gentle approach to movement, you can build strength and feel amazing in as little as 20 minutes a day! All you need to do is "press play". I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
